Application :

Slurry Hose and Mining Hose is custom designed and built to deliver abrasive material in the most arduous of mining and industrial applications. This hose is designed for dual delivery and suction applications. Extensively used in mining duties from pump suction to tailings discharge applications.

Out hoses are custom manufactured to an extensive range of bore sizes, lengths, pressures and end coupling arrangements. Some of the many connection options include fixed flanges, swivel flanges and custom ends to cater for high pressure and high tow strain applications or a combination such as swivel/cut end coupling.

Construction:
Inner tube : NR & SBR compounded, black color, extra thick, highly abrasion resistance
Reinforcement : multiple high strength tire cords with steel wire which helixed in rubber.
Outer cover : NR & SBR compounded, black  color, weather and abrasion resistance

Hose End Types:

Built In Pipe Flange(ANSI B16.5 STANDARD).

Hose Flanges is Rubber-lined for good abrasion resistant
