Application:

Ceramic lined rubber hose is excellent used in thermal power plants, cement plants,oredressingplant,steelplant,shipyards,fertilizerplants,foundries,mines,sandblasting surface treatment industry,sand pumping pipelines,etc.  It is highly wear resistance and light weight and flexible and durable.

Used for below medium: Abrasive fluids,sand blasting, coal powder,chemical(acid and alkali),inks, slurry ,food,beverage etc.

Tube: Ceramic tile lined

Reinforcement:Multiple plies of high tensile tire cord or with steel wire

Cover: Abrasion,Ozone and weather resistant special synthetic rubber. 

Maximum Fluid Temperature: 100℃

Working Pressure: 1-2.5MPa

The hose ID,OD,Length and working pressure can be designed and produced according to the special requirement of client.
