Peristaltic Pump Hose

Application:

Peristaltic pumps rubber hose is excellent used in peristaltic pump. It is highly flexible and durable. Peristaltic pumps are used in applications where the pump mechanism must be kept separate from the liquid being transferred because it is corrosive, unsafe or for sanitary reasons. Used for below medium: Chemical(acid and alkali),inks,slurries and abrasive fluids,oil products,fuels,food,beverage etc.

Technical Data:

Tube: Abrasion resistant natural rubber/ EPDM

Reinforcement:Multiple plies of high tensile tire cord

Cover: Abrasion,Ozone and weather resistant special synthetic rubber. 

It can be Grinder surface or Corrugated surface

Note: Corrugated surface can reduce the heat accumulation during pump running and make hose OD fit the pump more tightly and accurately. So corrugated surface hose is more durable, we suggest this cover.

Maximum Fluid Temperature: 100℃

Working Pressure: 16Bar

Burst Pressure: ≥60Bar

Inner Tuber Hardness: 50±5A

Percentage Compression Recovery:45～50％

Useful Life: 800～1000 hours(work 24 hours one day)  Note: It depends on the actual working condition
